    Offers are live on the site for 30 days. All offers move down the listings as new offers are published.
  • How can I find the offers I have posted?
    If you are having trouble locating your offers, do the following: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Click on the “Me” icon at the top. 3. Select “My Offers” from the drop-down menu.
  • How can I modify my posted offer?
    If you want to change or delete you offer you have to do the following: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Click on the “Me” icon at the top. 3. Select “My Offers” from the drop-down menu. 4. For editing click on the "Pencil" icon/for deliting click on the "Bin" icon.
  • How can I write the post?
    You can send your post for moderation by email: exchangesolidarity@gmail.com
  • How to avoid fraud?
    Althought the majority of users are honest, you should follow these rules: 1. Require ID data and tax number. 2. When possible, process deals with the participation of people in solidarity with you. 3. Be especially careful exchanging/sending high value items. 4. Trust your instincts. Taking these simple precautions helps make ExchangeSolidarity transactions safer.
  • How to deal with harassment?
    Email Harassment: If you are receiving email directly from another person (i.e. you can see the sender's email address), you can block such email address. Also you can forward details of the messages, including the full email headers, to the sender's email account provider. We e-mail only from exchangesolidarity@gmail.com Phone Harassment: If you are receiving repeated calls from the same phone number, you are able to block the number with your phone or by calling your provider. In both cases, if you feel threatened, contact your local law enforcement.
  • What precautions should couriers take?
    1. Check the contents of the parcel by yourself. If you don't know what's in it - don't take it! 2. Even if you know the contents of the parcel, make sure first it's being transported legally. Follow the terms of transportation, both established by applicable law and carriers.
